A day in the life. As a Business Systems Specialist on the National Operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the conversion of data into our primary Agency Management systems. You will work closely with our dedicated IT and Operations teams to ensure a seamless and efficient data conversion process. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with MMA and data vendors to develop and implement data strategies, documenting and implementing custom programming for data conversion, supporting data validation efforts, and identifying risks in test results. You will also partner with other specialists and business leaders across all lines of business to ensure consistency in strategy across all lines of business for successful data integration. You will also develop and oversee the implementation of various data projects of production data. You will engage with leadership for risk analysis and high level strategy execution. We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry Leadership in general application administration & processes Experience in system migrations / conversions Knowledge of basic AMS Systems required and willingness to learn additional systems. Knowledge of insurance and accounting operations Ability to take complex concepts and break them into manageable instructions and clear communications Proficient in creation of documentation & training materials Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with peers, users, agency and regional management, MMA leadership. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. Requirements
