About The Position
Manage strategic IT projects and operations for the Business Systems Portfolio within ETSS, encompassing Booz Allen's core enterprise applications, data platforms, analytics, and AI. Support the VP of Business Systems as a member of the Portfolio Management Team. Demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills, attention to detail, operational consistency, and the ability to translate ideas into action. Manage and administer the portfolio by maintaining product inventory, assisting with tracking our budget, and monitoring progress against key strategic initiatives and milestones, including system upgrades, transformations, cloud migrations, and corporate AI. Set the agenda and prepare for internal and external leadership briefings. Monitor portfolio progress, identify risks, and provide status updates and recommendations to senior leadership. Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, product owners, solution architects, and other portfolios within ETSS, to achieve portfolio goals. Reinforce a portfolio culture committed to operational excellence, accountability, and collaboration. Drive team engagement by organizing quarterly portfolio All Hands events, leadership briefings, and other engagement activities. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
