Opportunity Bank of Montana is looking for a strong leader to guide and manage our Business Systems Administrators team. Under the direction of the Director of Information Systems and Technology, the Business Systems Manager's essential functions would include managing the team, coordinating daily staffing and workflow, developing and executing team goals, assisting with budget development, managing bank systems and software, ensuring change management processes are utilized, and proactively seeking system improvements. The role also involves regular meetings with business lines to ensure system needs are met, conducting research on new software and vendors, organizing user training, managing projects, creating procedure manuals, serving as a liaison with vendors, and assisting with bank exams and audits.
