Role Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Business Systems Lead to improve, optimize and support our core operational platforms, including Salesforce CRM and our eCommerce infrastructure. This role is responsible for evaluating, redesigning, integrating, and governing systems to ensure scalability, data integrity, operational efficiency, and cost control. The ideal candidate combines architecture-level thinking with hands-on configuration and execution, and can translate business objectives into structured, sustainable systems solutions. This is a high-impact role that will establish governance, documentation standards, and proactive system management across the organization, an opportunity for a high-performing systems professional to take ownership of a growing company’s technology backbone and play a meaningful role in its continued expansion.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience designing and implementing business systems (CRM, ERP, or operational platforms).
  • Led at least two major system implementations or migrations end-to-end, from planning through launch and adoption.
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (architecture, automation, integrations, reporting).
  • Experience managing multi-platform integrations
  • Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Comfortable operating independently in a scaling environment
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred but not required; equivalent experience accepted

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with healthcare, DME, or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and redesign Salesforce architecture to improve scalability, automation, reporting accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Lead major system enhancement initiatives, including CRM redesign, platform upgrades, website modernization, or migrations.
  • Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, billing platforms, website platforms, and other business systems to ensure reliable data flow.
  • Perform hands-on configuration within Salesforce and other systems (automation, workflows, reporting, permissions, dashboards).
  • Translate business objectives into clear system requirements and technical execution plans.
  • Establish documentation standards, configuration, governance, and system ownership processes.
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies, manual workarounds, and scalability risks; recommend and implement improvements.
  • Manage external vendors, developers, or junior technical resources when applicable.
  • Lead cutover planning and execution for major system updates or launches.
  • Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to provide leadership visibility into performance and operations.
  • Create training materials and conduct end-user training to drive the adoption of new tools and workflows.
  • Partner with executive leadership to prioritize systems enhancements and maintain a clear improvement roadmap.
  • Manage day-to-day system administration across Salesforce, billing platforms, and website integrations to maintain operational continuity and reporting accuracy
