Business Systems Developer
About The Position
MITY, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of multi-purpose conference, banquet, and institutional furniture based in Orem, Utah. We're seeking an experienced Business Systems Developer to join our onsite team. This role will support the implementation, configuration, development, and optimization of Microsoft CRM and ERP systems. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their skills in business analysis and technology. The Business Systems Developer role will consist of 50% user support, 40% project based initiatives and 10% administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field or Experience in a Business Systems Developer role, preferably with exposure to Microsoft CRM and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of Microsoft CRM (D365 CE) and ERP (D365 Business Central, NAV16) systems to meet business needs.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and deliverables.
- Assist in the development of user manuals, training materials, and conduct user training sessions.
- Support the testing and validation of system changes, enhancements, and new implementations.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards are met
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Microsoft CRM and ERP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
- Assist in the development of project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in business analysis, CRM, and ERP systems.
