The position is responsible for defining and managing the scope of Business Systems projects. This includes defining functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements of a system. The role involves creating and performing feature testing and determining environmental needs. The individual will provide the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business. Additionally, the position requires partnering with business, architecture, and infrastructure teams to oversee all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of tools utilized and be able to define detailed design components with high-level architecture blueprints. Coordination of integration activities to ensure successful implementation is also a key responsibility, along with ensuring effective monitoring of systems. The individual will define development strategy, standards, and support tools, and proactively work with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements.
