Position Overview: Reporting to the Sr. Director of Technology, the Business Systems Analyst will serve as the technical bridge between our wealth management operations and technology platforms. This role focuses on leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and other enterprise tools to improve workflows, integrate systems, and automate manual processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and improve our employee and client experiences. This position requires in-person office attendance in our Carmel, Indiana headquarters.
