About The Position

Exhibit proficiency in identifying, researching, evaluating and implementing systems and technologies to promote tactical and strategic information initiatives of the Director of Baptist Surgical Services. Responsible for coordinating systems and support consultation and assessing departmental information hardware and software needs. Act as primary liaison between Surgical Services in Information Technology to implement surgical and enterprise-wide information systems. Estimated salary range for this position is $62,057.41 - $80,674.63 / year depending on experience.

Requirements

• High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Self motivated with ability to learn new concepts and job requirements quickly.
• In-depth knowledge of information system implementation life cycle.
• Strong Project Leadership skills and system support skills.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills.
• Extensive analytical and system design skills.
• Network and system integration knowledge.
• Understanding of application programming and database management and reporting concepts.
• Proficient with Project management tools (i.e. MS Project).
• Project Leader for several major and minor projects.
• Aggressive, proactive management of project tasks.
• Experience facilitating and managing team meetings with high level staff.
• Minimum Required Experience: 4 Years

• Bachelor‘s Degree preferred.
