About The Position

TNT Crane & Rigging is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support our enterprise ERP initiatives and broader business systems strategy. This role serves as the strategic bridge between business operations and technology, ensuring operational requirements are translated into scalable system configurations, standardized processes, and sustainable adoption practices. The Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in supporting ERP modernization efforts, process optimization initiatives, and enterprise platform enhancements. The ideal candidate brings experience participating in medium to large-scale ERP implementations or transformation programs — including system upgrades, platform consolidations, or cloud migrations — and understands the organizational change, data governance, and cross-functional coordination required to execute them successfully. This position works closely with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Fleet Management, Safety, and Project Management to align business processes with enterprise system capabilities, strengthen data integrity, and drive adoption across a multi-branch organization. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a systems-minded professional who combines strong analytical capabilities with practical business acumen. They bring hands-on experience supporting ERP implementations or enterprise system transformations and understand how to balance system best practices with real-world operational needs.

  • Experience in construction, heavy equipment, crane services, industrial services, or other asset-intensive industries.
  • Familiarity with data migration methodologies, data mapping, and ETL concepts.
  • Experience with cloud ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar).

  • Certified Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), or other process improvement certifications

Responsibilities

  • Partner with functional leaders across Operations, Finance, Fleet, Safety, and Project Management to gather and validate ERP requirements.
  • Oversee integrations with fleet maintenance systems, telematics, dispatch platforms, GPS/asset tracking, rental management, CRM/HRIS, and financial tools.
  • Facilitate process harmonization across branch locations to reduce customization and increase standardization.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, configuration documentation, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with implementation partners and internal technical teams to ensure system configuration aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead data cleansing, data mapping, migration, reconciliation, and master data governance activities.
  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training materials including user guides, quick-reference cards, video walkthroughs, and instructor-led session content.
  • Serve as a system champion and go-to resource for end users, building trust and driving adoption of enterprise platforms.
  • Conduct training sessions (both in-person and virtual) for end users at all levels, from branch operators to department managers.

  • Support data migration activities by assisting with data extraction, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation across legacy and target systems.
  • Work with subject-matter experts to define data standards, naming conventions, and master data governance policies.
  • Perform data quality audits and coordinate remediation efforts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across all functional areas to ensure technology initiatives align with business objectives.
  • Gather and synthesize input from diverse stakeholder groups to drive consensus on process standardization and system configuration decisions.
  • Prepare and present status updates, findings, and recommendations to leadership, translating technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles, document defects and feedback, and track resolution through to closure.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across all functional areas to ensure technology initiatives align with business objectives.
  • Gather and synthesize input from diverse stakeholder’s groups to drive consensus on process standardization.
  • Prepare and present status updates, findings, and recommendations to leadership, translating technical concepts into business friendly language.
