  • Collaborate with system administrators to ensure operational processes and system configurations remain optimized.
  • Preferred: Use light programming/scripting skills (e.g., SQL basics, VBA, Python) to support data review, workflow analysis, or simple automation tasks.
  • Analyze operational data, dashboards, and key performance indicators to identify areas requiring attention (e.g., aged WIP, inventory discrepancies).
  • Define, track, and communicate KPIs tied to process health and organizational performance.
  • Support implementation of changes using both lagging and leading indicators to drive efficiency.
  • Lead or support cross-functional working sessions to gather requirements, uncover issues, and build consensus on solutions.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills; comfortable working across departments.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Continuous Improvement Specialist, or similar role.

  • Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement certifications.
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or supply-chain environments.
  • Familiarity with aged WIP analysis, job movement tracking, or system performance metrics
