About The Position

Business Systems Analyst (Patient Engagement & Support) Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our Patient Engagement and Support team. In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize systems that improve the patient journey. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into technical specifications across critical work streams such as onboarding, affordability, and clinical adherence.

Responsibilities

  • Basic Business Analyst Capabilities - key words: requirement elicitation, requirement gathering, documentation, translate requirement into smaller chunks or user stories, wireframes, mock-ups
  • Agile - key words: scrum, kanban, daily standup, scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, sprint retrospective, backlog refinement, epic, feature, user story, backlog prioritization.
  • Data Analysis - key words: data comparison, data management, source to target mapping, data extract, data transformation, root-cause analysis
  • Reporting tool experience - key words: data visualization, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview
  • User acceptance testing - key words: gather list of beta testers, create presentations, testplans, test cases etc. Log user issues, prioritize, fix and then get stakeholder sign off
