About The Position

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services that meet mission needs for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a Business Systems Analyst for an exciting remote opportunity. Job Description and Responsibilities Work collaboratively with DLA Business Partners, DLA Application Portfolios, and Industry as the Enterprise Engineering authority; and to provide support and guidance in the areas of Solutions Engineering, Enterprise System Engineering, Configuration Management, Enterprise Testing and Enterprise IT Accessibility aligning to DLA strategy. The Business Systems Analyst shall support collaboration with DLA Business Partners, the CTO, the Program Executive Officer, and DLA Application Portfolios. The mission is to lead DLA technology strategic efforts through analysis and implementation of advanced and emerging technology capabilities and institutionalize a DLA technology-focused capability to guide technology adoption, standardization and innovation. The position requires excellent customer service skills and technical ability. Experience operating in a Government or Military culture is preferred.

Requirements

  • Expert in business processes
  • Responsible for formulating systems scope and objectives relative to the organization's business plan and industry requirements
  • Acts as a member of a project team responsible for providing technical guidance concerning the business implications of the application of various systems
  • Experience with: DOD Lifecycle management, DOD 5000.1, 5000.2 and Guidebook, PPBE, ARIS system engineering tool, Defense Acquisition Management Information Retrieval (DAMIR) System reporting format for DAES, OSD report, SAP products for Enterprise Resource Planning
  • Four (4) years relevant experience
  • Must have experience with the following programs: MS Suite, Word, Excel, Access, Project Management, and PowerPoint
  • Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or other equivalent nationally recognized certification)
  • Secret clearance
