You will partner with cross-functional teams across regions and business entities to optimize digital systems and ensure our technology supports our global growth. Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in business systems analysis, IT consulting, or a related technical-business hybrid role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CPG business processes, particularly Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or ecommerce systems (NetSuite, Shopify, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working across global teams.

Nice To Haves

  • A curious thinker who loves digging into processes and finding better ways to get work done.
  • A collaborative communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • A generalist with a holistic understanding of business systems, open to later specialization.

Responsibilities

  • Document business requirements, process flows, and system specifications for new initiatives or enhancements.
  • Support implementation, testing, and rollout of business system solutions across multiple regions and business entities.
  • Partner with stakeholders in O2C, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to ensure systems align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal developers to troubleshoot issues and enhance system functionality.
  • Conduct data analysis and develop reports to inform decision-making.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and process improvement.

Benefits

  • Generous paid time off, including time off to volunteer
  • Learning and development resources to support personal and professional growth
  • Wellness benefits like meditation app memberships, product discounts, and free samples of our amazing products
  • Most roles are fully remote (roles that are required to be at our Seattle HQ can be found in the details section of this job post)
  • Great location – for roles that are hybrid or fully onsite, we’re in the heart of Seattle’s beautiful International District
  • Did we mention we’re a dog-friendly office?
