Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in information technology, business systems analysis, or technical project management.
• Strong interpersonal and clear communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with business stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to provide support both in office or at club locations throughout California is required. (Must have a clean DMV record and a valid Driver's License.)
• Ability to critically evaluate stakeholder input, ask thought-provoking questions, and challenge assumptions to ensure clarity, alignment, and the best possible outcomes.
• Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding and effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the requirements elicitation process using a variety of tools and methods to gather input from stakeholders and end users.
• Translate high-level business objectives and user requirements into detailed functional specifications and requirements ensuring quality attributes and alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate requirements review sessions with key stakeholders, facilitating discussion to achieve consensus and approval and ensure requirements are clear, concise, and aligned with strategic initiatives.
• Help define the vision and scope of initiatives by prioritizing activities based on business value, identifying potential impacts, developing risk mitigation strategies, and documenting clear processes, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex business requirements, collaborating cross-functionally to design technical specifications that support organizational objectives.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvements, providing strategic direction to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform comprehensive research and impact analysis on proposed changes, recommending actionable solutions to key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute communication strategies throughout project lifecycles, utilizing appropriate channels and frequencies to keep stakeholders informed.
• Provide project management support, ensuring successful delivery of technology initiatives through effective planning, execution and monitoring.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to prioritize and manage requirements, ensuring alignment with project deliverables and overall business objectives.
• Lead group sessions for problem-solving, initiative planning, and proposal development, fostering collaboration and driving consensus.
• Spearhead the configuration and implementation of technology solutions, including data gathering, system configuration, and testing to meet business objectives.
• Deliver hands-on, multi-channel support for business processes and technology solutions, ensuring seamless adoption and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with and manage vendor relationships as needed to implement or support solutions.
