Requirements

• 4-year college degree required.
• 5-7 years of previous similar work experience in IT, project management, or other related fields preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN).
• Strong understanding of business process analysis methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages preferred.
• Experience working with various software applications and systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on business systems and operations.
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve efficiencies, cut costs, and modernize processes through technology.
• Partner with executives and managers to design, implement, and manage impactful system and process changes.
• Test and monitor new system features before and after deployment.
• Document workflows, processes, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and client onboarding.
• Resolve operational system and data issues quickly and effectively.
• Contribute to client implementation success by creating high-quality documentation and support materials.
