About The Position

The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, supporting and enhancing Manhattan Associates WMOS and Active systems, and developing and executing SQL queries for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting. The role also includes performing system configuration, testing, and deployment in Linux environments, managing and supporting SOTI MobiControl for mobile device management, and troubleshooting and maintaining RF guns and printers used in warehouse operations. Additionally, the position requires documenting business processes, workflows, and system specifications, providing end-user training and support for new system implementations and upgrades, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation. The candidate will oversee vendor relationships related to technologies, services, and solutions supporting enterprise functions, ensure accurate and efficient governance policy development and adherence across systems and processes, and maintain good standing and completion on all compliance-related matters. The role may also involve performing additional duties and responsibilities based on the direction and guidance of the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Manhattan Associates WMOS (2017 / 2020) and Active platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for troubleshooting, data manipulation and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of Linux operating systems and command-line tools.
  • Experience with SOTI for mobile device management.
  • Familiarity with RF guns and printers in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Skilled and proficient in MS Office O365 suite (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Communications Tools, etc.)
  • Willingness to seek out and implement coaching, suggestions, and guidance from others.
