About The Position

This position will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams within AAA's Travel business, translating complex business needs into scalable technical solutions. Focuses on process optimization, requirements definition, system and data design support, and successful implementation of technology solutions across multiple platforms. What You'll Do Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams. Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and outcomes Collaborate with technology teams on solution design, system architecture, and data models. Support solution testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Develop and maintain clear documentation, including requirements, process flows, and user materials. Support end-user training and adoption of new systems Ensure solutions align with internal standards, industry requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business or technical analysis.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and requirements management.
  • Experience with data analysis tools, including Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field.
