Business Systems Analyst – Senior
About The Position
Short Description: Senior Business Analyst Complete Description : Duties and Responsibilities · Have functional and technical experience in the utilization and implementation of financial software, preferably the Oracle suite. · Be able to analyze and recommend resolutions to complex business/technical issues, the ability to effectively communicate project status and demonstrated ability to perform business process engineering. · Have demonstrated the ability to lead teams through the delivery of projects which improve end-user productivity while maintaining appropriate business compliance controls. · Assess current capabilities and identify high-level business requirement to meet business owner needs. · Assist in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing. Qualifications · Required Experience minimum of Eight (8) years in the following: · Business Analysis and stakeholder management · Enterprise Systems Architecture · Implementation and management · Information technology system design, support, and development · Project Coordination and documentation · PMI, Agile, and Scrum methodologies · Preferred Skills Set – 3 years’ experience: · Financial System Design · Oracle ERP (Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (EBS) Skills Matrix · Business Analysis and stakeholder management · Enterprise Systems Architecture · Implementation and management · Information technology system design, support, and development · Project Coordination and documentation · PMI, Agile, and Scrum methodologies Flexible work from home options available.
