  • Serve as a primary liaison with technical experts and CSP vendors to evaluate and recommend optimal solution architectures for cloud hosting, modernization, and new application development.
  • Lead the design and content strategy for customer-facing websites and portals that serve as central hubs for cloud migration resources, FAQs, and event calendars.
  • Develop and present high-level data and analysis for executive status reports, briefings, and the lifecycle tracking dashboard.

  • Proficiency in an Agile/Scrum environment and familiarity with DevSecOps principles.
  • Skilled at creating flow or process diagrams with tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice-versa.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Experience supporting cloud migration or modernization initiatives, particularly within Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.
  • Familiarity with FinOps principles and cost optimization strategies in cloud environments.
