The position is for a fully qualified analyst who supports both the systems and processes of the business unit, acting as a liaison between the business and IT. The analyst will participate in case consultations of highly complex and escalated cases, provide support to the front-line team, set policies and procedures, update documentation, provide training support, and implement quality programs. The role also involves ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, leading small to moderate size projects, drafting requirements, performing updates, and designing and executing test cases. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for data quality and monitoring reports and trends in the business unit.
