The Business Systems Analyst for ECC Project Management Team supports cross-functional process improvement and end-to-end project delivery, aligning business needs with scalable technology solutions without performing system configurations. You will use a strong understanding of system integrations, particularly in contact center and omnichannel environments, to map current and future-state workflows, translate requirements into actionable plans, and coordinate initiatives from planning through adoption. The role facilitates workshops with stakeholders at all levels, builds dashboards and tracks metrics, analyzes qualitative and quantitative data, research best practices, coordinates training for end users, and partners with vendors to deliver measurable outcomes. We seek a collaborative, curious, results-oriented problem solver with excellent organization and prioritization skills; experience with Contact Center as a Service is a plus and a passion for improving operational efficiency and the patient and customer experience is essential.
