About The Position
The Business Systems Analyst Lead works with business partners within one or more business unit to align technology solutions with business strategies. This role supports one or more highly complex business processes, requiring design or integration of technical solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business. The analyst serves as a project team member or team lead, responsible for coordinating the collection, analysis, and documentation of future business requirements. The position also involves aligning IT resources and processes to meet the client organization’s needs, as well as the design of enterprise solutions.
