This position is for a Business Systems Analyst who will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs and designing systems to meet those needs.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  • Design and implement business systems solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis and modeling to support business decisions.
  • Manage requirements documentation and ensure traceability.
  • Work with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in business analysis and system design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, data modeling).
  • Experience with requirements management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Work case management experience is a must.
