Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support, or High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting operational systems and managing system modifications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as a contractor or contingent worker in a financial institution environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, compile, and interpret data to support business decision-making and process improvement.
  • Provide daily technical and operational support for assigned systems, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Assist in implementing system enhancements and modifications to optimize functionality.
  • Determine system requirements and document them through reports, project plans, and specifications.
  • Produce reports to identify patterns, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Guide and mentor less experienced analysts in the workgroup as needed.
