About The Position

This is an onsite full-time position located at 26 Century Blvd., Ste. ST610 Nashville, TN 37214-3685. The CGS IT team consists of ~ 80 people. You will be a part of the System Support team, which includes 14 team members with vast and diverse skillsets. We are a Microsoft shop, and our core technologies include C#, .ASP and MS SQL with growing movement to API (Application Programming Interface) tools. The Business System Analyst will assist the team with developing business, project, system requirements, create documentation including process flows, test plans, test matrices, test reporting, etc. Ready to grow? Position Purpose: Defines customer needs in technical and business contexts. Ensure the proposed technical and business solutions meet the customer's objectives for the work effort.

Requirements

Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Degree Equivalency: Associates degree plus an extra 2 years job-related experience for a total of 4 years of required work experience (see "required work experience") OR 6 total years required work experience.
Required Work Experience: 2 years of IT business analysis experience.
Required Skills and Abilities: Basic knowledge of standard industry practices.
Able to acquire knowledge of procedures for the supported business unit.
Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, including the ability to express complex technical and business concepts to management, peers, and the business units.
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Understands how IT affects an organization and is able to link it to business processes.
Good analytical and conceptual skills.
Broad understanding of test plans and test matrices, project plans, and scope and design documents.
Required Software and Other Tools: Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience working within Agile methodologies.
Preferred Licenses and Certificates: SAFe Scaled Agile Certification.
CBAP and/or demonstrated continuous learning in the Business Analysis profession.
Experience using Azure DevOps.
