Business Systems Analyst, GTM (Contract)

About the position

Notion is seeking a Business Systems Analyst, GTM (Contract) to support our GTM (Go-to-Market) Systems team. You will collaborate closely with our revenue operations and partnerships teams to unlock our business goals. You will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions and analyzing business processes to identify improvements. This is a contractor role with a 6 month term (potential to extend), typically requiring 40 hours/week. This role will require 2-3 in-office days in our San Francisco office.

Responsibilities

• Support the day to day triage of GTM systems from our end users
• Drive end to end project delivery, from requirements gathering through to testing and launch
• Identify areas for GTM systems improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a business systems analyst and/or Salesforce support experience
• Salesforce Admin certified
• Familiar with a GTM tech stack (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Partner Portal, Outreach, Gong)
• Good understanding of GTM processes like: database hygiene, partner portal, Salesforce changes
• Excellent communication skills and enjoy partnering with business stakeholders such as Revenue Operations, Data Engineering, and Data Science
