About The Position

At Boston Scientific, we're driving one of our largest global technology transformations, modernizing our ERP from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll enhance business operations, streamline data systems, and help shape the future of how we work. In this position, you'll optimize business operations by supporting and enhancing enterprise platforms, including SAP and the Business Information Warehouse. Working cross-functionally, you'll identify opportunities for continuous improvement, streamline processes, and drive projects that increase the efficiency of our manufacturing and business operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in business process analysis, systems support, or related field.
  • Proven ability to manage projects through their full lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a regulated environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SAP, Business Information Warehouse, or similar enterprise systems.
  • Background in manufacturing operations or process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site business process support across functions for new and existing systems (e.g., SAP, Business Information Warehouse).
  • Lead projects for local system implementations and enhancements.
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies to improve operational efficiency in the manufacturing environment.
  • Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to establish effective, efficient business practices.
  • Optimize business processes by identifying integration opportunities and automating key manual activities.
  • Deliver effective user training and support to drive adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues and support end users (e.g., reporting, training, transaction analysis).
  • Collaborate on cross-functional and cross-site teams (locally and in the U.S.) to articulate site requirements, coordinate testing/simulations, and document results.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and best practices in a regulated environment.
  • Drive projects from proposal through final implementation.
