About The Position

Community Health Network is seeing a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in supporting our Acute Care Solutions suite of third-party applications. This role will have the opportunity to interact with several technological stacks in both technical and functional aspects from implementation and workflow design to hardware troubleshooting as it relates to assigned applications. Our team works with the business to optimize the business's technology investments and serves as the bridge between them and our solution vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of 2 or more years of healthcare and/or relevant IT experience.
  • Knowledge of applications such as Vocera, Cipher Nurse Leader Rounding, CBORD, Rauland Nurse Call, Connexall, AvaSure, Premier, Press Ganey, HillRom, and UpToDate.
  • Strong networking, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly process-oriented with the ability to view things through both a technical and operational lens.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in planning production roll-out and deployment related activities.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining documentation and standards.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with both technical and non-technical members.
  • Strong focus on customer service and solution ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Support Acute Care Solutions suite of third-party applications.
  • Interact with various technological stacks in both technical and functional aspects.
  • Assist in implementation and workflow design.
