This position is in the Bureau of Program Management Office within the Division of Chief Information Office. The Business Systems Analyst 2 will assist in establishing and maintaining business analysis methodologies, lead or assist in organizing and conducting business process improvements and consulting engagements, and work with stakeholders to support existing business processes and systems components. The role involves documenting and categorizing existing business processes, performing fit gap analysis, facilitating cost/benefit analysis activities, and providing guidance during the development of user and system requirements. The analyst will also supervise the activities of Business Systems Analysts 1, trainees, and/or Student Interns, ensuring proper adherence to time and attendance rules.
