About The Position
Under the direction of the Project Coordinator, SG-NS, the Business System Analyst 2, SG-23, will lead several systems analysis and design initiatives supporting multiple agencies' business analysis needs within the New York State Office of Information Technology Services, Workforce Sector C (Department of Civil Service, Office of Employee Relations, Public Employment Relations Board) dedicated team. The incumbent will manage teams focused on eliciting and documenting requirements and test scenarios for top ITS / Governor's Office priority initiatives.
