CTG is seeking a Business System Automation Analyst to support our client's global regulatory initiatives. This role focuses on improving project visibility, automating workflows, and enhancing data reporting across Power BI, PowerApps, Excel, and SharePoint environments. Location: Phoenix, AZ Duration: 12 months

  • Lead multiple complex regulatory automation and reporting projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, workflows, and process automations.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Provide regular updates and executive reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and data transparency.
  • 5+ years in business systems analysis, process automation, or project management.
  • Advanced proficiency with Power BI, PowerApps, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with regulatory or compliance-driven projects preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (PMP a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
