About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Business System Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have significant experience in documenting current-state processes and defining data-driven future states to support strategic decision-making. This role involves conducting external research and data analysis to inform future-state design, partnering closely with stakeholders during Agile/PI planning, and translating business needs by breaking down epics into clear, actionable user stories.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in process documentation and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and PI Planning.
• Ability to decompose complex business needs into actionable user stories.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with analytics tools such as JIRA, Snowflake, and Tableau is a plus.
• Expertise in using insights and KPIs for continuous improvement.
