About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business System Analyst with a strong background in Business Analysis to join our dynamic team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies, coupled with the ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements. This role is critical in ensuring that our software solutions align with business objectives and deliver value to our clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software development with a strong emphasis on Business Analysis.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Business Analysis.
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Software Development (e.g., CBAP, PMI PBA, etc.) are a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience in leading software development projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals.
• Design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high quality deliverables.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Maintain documentation of software development processes, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software development practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in software development and business analysis.
