Your mission: to enhance business performance and customer experience by translating organizational needs into smart, scalable technology solutions. You will lead efforts to capture and analyze business requirements, optimize end-to-end processes, and ensure seamless integration of business platforms. Leveraging Dynamics 365, including Customer Insights Journeys, Sales, Customer Service, and Omnichannel, you will design and implement solutions that personalize experiences, streamline operations, and empower teams to deliver exceptional value. Your expertise in data migration and integration ensures robust connectivity and unified commercial systems.
