About The Position
The Business Operations Analyst at Montana State University (MSU) is responsible for administering the university's travel and expense management system, Chrome River. This role involves optimizing the use of the system, troubleshooting issues, and implementing process improvements. The analyst will work closely with MSU's central business offices and the broader campus community to ensure effective use of the system and provide training and support to users across all four campuses.
