The Department of Civil Service (DCS) is recruiting to fill multiple Business System Analyst 1's. The Business System Analyst 1 duties in Strategic Planning and Innovation will include but are not limited to the following: Participate in the development of process, data, and object-oriented models to foster a clear understanding of business requirements. Work with stakeholders to analyze potential or actual changes to business processes. Document as is and to be business processes. Verify and validate requirements throughout the business analysis process. Test custom application changes to ensure functionality and integration. Assist in establishing and maintaining business analysis methodologies.
