We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst / Tester to support mission-critical initiatives within a dynamic, fast-paced technology environment. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new systems, business processes, and technical environments.
- Strong experience executing system testing and UAT, including test case creation and defect resolution.
- Demonstrated success supporting large-scale, high-visibility technology or business initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and database/reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for test management and release coordination.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in collaborative team environments.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Lead system testing and UAT activities, including test planning, test case development, execution, and defect management.
- Perform root-cause analysis, assess business impacts, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure solution accuracy and quality.
- Manage multiple priorities in a hybrid environment while delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision.
- Develop insights from complex data sets, trends, and regulatory guidelines to support decision-making.
- Coordinate release activities and track work items using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Support change management activities related to system enhancements and process improvements.
