As a Business Systems Analyst Sr within PNC's Digital Payments organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, Birmingham, AL, Cleveland, OH, Phoenix, AZ, Denver, CO. The BSA should have hands‑on experience supporting API integrations, including understanding request/response structures, parameter fields, POST operations, and error responses. They should be able to translate business requirements into clear API specifications, validate data mappings, and partner closely with engineering and QA teams to ensure reliable integrations. We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Systems Analyst with a strong understanding of Agile principles to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex business systems, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Experience with user story creation, backlog management, and the ability to facilitate collaboration within a cross-functional team, while leading the analysis and translation of business needs into technical requirements within an iterative development process. Participates in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications. Formulates and defines the system scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes . Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results . Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes . Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group . Requirements

  • Experience as a Business Systems Analyst with proven ability to lead complex projects.
