About The Position

As the Business Systems Analyst (Maximo), you will support day-to-day operations of IBM Maximo at the Airports Authority. Business Systems Analyst (Maximo) Serves in the Office of Strategy and Business Transformation and Performance in the Headquarters Office. Provides program and business systems support, ensuring Maximo processes function according to established guidelines; Coordinate with and assist business units with the updates and enhancements to the Maximo platform from a technical, functional, and business process perspective. Performs related functions.

Requirements

• Three years of experience managing and supporting IBM Maximo. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience building complex SQL queries for reporting.
• Knowledge of Maximo data structures.
• In-depth knowledge of the core Maximo modules e.g., work order tracking, job plans, preventative maintenance, assets, workflow, scheduling, etc.
• Ability to perform detailed analyses of data and information and make recommendations, with emphasis on project management and business process and system improvement.
• Working knowledge of facilities-related work order scheduling and tracking, corrective and preventive maintenance work order scheduling and management, and facilities equipment/assets.
• Ability to speak and write effectively, with emphasis on communicating technical issues to nontechnical audiences.

• IBM Maximo Certification.
• Experience with IBM Maximo in support of facility operations and maintenance service.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support and guidance to users, addressing inquiries and resolving any Maximo-related concerns.
• Monitors system health, troubleshoots issues and implements necessary fixes.
• Coordinates implementation of new Maximo modules, features, integrations, and updates.
• Collaborates with business stakeholders to review business procedures/workflows to ensure system features are being fully utilized and identify Maximo features that may improve efficiency.
• Performs system administration tasks, including configuration/maintenance.
• Performs audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy.
• Provides subject matter expertise around optimizing and streamlining Maximo.
• Develops dashboards and reports utilizing tools such as QlikSense and BIRT.
• Provides report administration for custom reports for varied users.
• Defines, analyzes, and documents functional and technical system documentation for customization and maintenance actions taken.
• Oversees the cross-functional coordination of release management activities.
• Provides input in creating and establishing release management processes, including developing release management risk and mitigation strategies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
