In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing ERP guidance and support across all departments in our medical equipment and device manufacturing environment. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Proven 5 Years of Experience in Business Systems/ERP Role, preferable within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong programming skills in Java and C++
• SDLC methodology
• Basic design ability

Responsibilities

• Support, configure, and troubleshoot activities and initiatives in the IFS ERP system.
• Collaborate with 3rd party ERP support vendors.
• Develop and maintain interfaces within IFS ERP system.
• Ensure compliance with change management procedures.
• Recommend and implement system enhancements that improve efficiency.
• Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and data analytics.
• Work on system integrations, APIs, and data exchange formats.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and deploying software solutions.
• Provide technical support and training as needed.
• Document technical specifications, workflows, and system configurations.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT.
