About The Position

We are a leading company in the IT Business Intelligence sector seeking an experienced Project Management / Business Analyst to support the maintenance, enhancement, and implementation of enterprise systems. The role involves close collaboration with teams in Korea to support Global Systems. Key duties include validating new system features through testing and user training, and providing feedback to the headquarters development team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to existing intranet systems and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Korean is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience (8 years max) in this field or a related area of IT.
• Experience managing, designing, and evaluating large scale projects.
• Understanding of basic networking terminology and concepts is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with databases (e.g., Oracle) and development using Java, Spring, and SQL is a plus.
• Experience with multiple operating systems, including Windows, UNIX, and Linux, is a plus.
