About The Position

The Business Support - Sr Fleet Administrator provides specialized daily support for the U.S. Roche Diagnostics fleet-eligible organization, consisting of over 2,000 vehicles across the United States and Diagnostics sites. The Fleet Program Specialist is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and compliance through data-driven analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and supplier performance management. This role also plays a key part in upholding quality management standards and contributes to organizational goals through continuous improvement initiatives and daily operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, fleet operations support, or expense reporting; or an associate's degree with equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, capable of identifying areas for improvement and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven track record in cost reduction, fleet optimization, and vendor management.
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and general financial principles.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with data analysis capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of fleet-related business processes and best practices.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems independently and deliver results.
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other enterprise software systems.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership and business units to improve performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage supplier performance to drive year-over-year improvements.
  • Lead strategic projects to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service delivery.
  • Analyze operational data and trends to identify and act on improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain compliance monitoring systems and reporting tools.
  • Investigate system and program issues, recommend and implement solutions.
  • Introduce and support new technologies that improve cost-efficiency and the user experience.
  • Deliver policy and procedure training to new hires and provide ongoing education.
  • Conduct in-person training sessions and present at stakeholder meetings across the U.S.
  • Develop and administer annual surveys to capture feedback and inform future initiatives.
  • Review and validate third-party billing for accuracy prior to payment.
  • Support Regional Administrative Services in other team areas such as travel operations.
  • Generate ad hoc reports and respond to data requests.
