We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to serve as a Business Support Specialist. This hybrid role combines project coordination, data analysis, and administrative support for the Operations Transformation Team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with senior leadership, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to high-impact initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, while developing relationships that value your input and execution. While receiving a moderate level of guidance and direction, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day running of this Operations area. Day-to-day running may cover activities such as incident management tracking, resource management, light project tasks and support. You may also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring costs and may also be involved in strategic business planning and change management initiatives. Furthermore, builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers when liaising with the other business areas such as human resources, legal & compliance, and business partners which may also be an integral part of the role.
