About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the Novo Nordisk satellite office in Washington, D.C.
  • Provide multi-faceted support to Policy and Government Affairs leads.
  • Complete check request forms and manage vendor accounts for budget compliance.
  • Track budget expenditures and prepare necessary financial submissions.
  • Serve as Facilities Manager, interacting with building management and external vendors.
  • Ensure the office functions effectively for meetings with senior executives and government officials.
  • Anticipate and implement administrative needs for the department, including travel arrangements and meeting agendas.
  • Coordinate outside reviews/audits of the Government Affairs department and implement findings.
  • Manage consulting agreements and ensure compliance with corporate regulations.
