The Client Reporting team is responsible for the delivery of US and CA client statements, trade confirms/prospectus and electronic client reporting. We coordinate production, implement enhancements and defect fixes, partner with statements service, communicate with branches and third-party vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience working with tools/systems, and/or project experience in product or financial services industry or combination of experience and education.
  • Strong project management, business system analysis and/or Information Systems (IS) experience needed.
  • Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work within the office three days per week, with the preference for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead, and execute enhancements to existing processes, tools, and systems within Client Reporting.
  • Act as technical consultant with business and I.S. leaders from multiple divisions and with varying levels of influence. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop, maintain, and explore relationships with 3rd party vendors to offer tools and solutions that make it easier, faster, and better for branch teams to meet client needs.
  • Adopt processes for risk controls (e.g., Privacy, Business Continuity Planning, Record Information Management, Written Supervisory Procedures) and coordinate with departments to complete the applicable requirements.
  • Determine appropriate workflows because of qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Act as subject matter expert in assigned product area(s) of emphasis.
  • Provides feedback, coaching, training, and guidance to help develop other associates; takes a leadership role in the development of new associates/interns; and may lead other associates.
