Initiate, monitor, and track Aravo workflows to ensure seamless data mapping across integrated systems, maintaining high standards of data consistency and reliability throughout the supplier onboarding process.
Oversee the accuracy and completeness of supplier data within the Aravo platform, conducting regular reviews and updates of critical information including contact details, remittance information, compliance documentation, and payment methods to optimize supplier management efficiency.
Provide support for Aravo helpdesk escalations for both internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure optimal system performance and user experience.
Design and create comprehensive supplier performance management scorecards for monthly and quarterly business reviews, utilizing established templates and integrating data from multiple dashboard sources.
Extract and compile performance metrics through a combination of automated data capture, screenshot documentation, and manual data entry to provide accurate and timely performance insights.
Ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and are completed within required timeframes to support critical business decision-making processes.
Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement and provide actionable recommendations to optimize supplier performance management practices.
Participate in additional sourcing and procurement initiatives as assigned, contributing to department objectives while expanding functional expertise and capabilities.
Work closely with internal teams to support broader procurement goals and maintain alignment with organizational priorities.
