The Business Support Manager (BSM) is accountable for design, analysis, execution and/or on-going sustainment support for a program initiative within the enterprise strategy, as well as performance goals, for one of the Customer Segments, i.e., Specialist Organizations, Consumer Investments. The BSM provides support to team leaders and partners to drive execution and integrate delivery to ensure the customer view is at the forefront of decisions in the achievement of goals. BSMs are also accountable for initiative support, coordination, robust analysis and communications. The BSM will support the Specialist Organizations and/or Consumer Investments organization to drive responsible growth through collaborative business partnerships. Primary responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to, an in depth analysis, executive level report creation, process design and partner integration. This understanding will be used to ensure alignment between priorities, strategic goals, and capacity in order to support the broader organization and initiatives.
