Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or business unit. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. May consult with senior management to define and manage projects that encompass and impact many associates. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. May have full management responsibility over a team or may manage one level of managers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with peers and partners
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with ability to use functions like v-lookup, pivot tables, charts
  • Ability to influence and drive continuous process improvement
  • Strong business partnering experience / skills including the ability to interact, communicate, and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Highly analytical thinking along with ability to create reports
  • Ability to adjust rapidly to changing demands and priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to make timely and accurate decisions
  • Be able to navigate vertically and horizontally
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while balancing risk and reward
  • Executive presentation experience and strong verbal/written communication

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience with Global Resource management, IT Contract labor program governance
  • Knowledge of IT Contract management lifecycle
  • Business Support Manager and/or Risk management experience
  • Experience working with partners and teammates across time zones and countries
  • Experience working with Finance, especially in technology finance and initiative planning
  • Change and conflict management skills, ability to influence and negotiate with others
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with business partners, team members and managers

Responsibilities

  • Operational management and governance of flex workforce for large CIO group
  • Partner with different teams around transformational initiatives
  • Continuous focus on operational excellence of the end to end processes of existing programs
  • Drive program analytics and overall performance with vendors, including relationship management
  • Report and analyze program data and overall performance with teams, vendors, and partners
  • May work with vendor partners to ensure onboardings, offboardings, and other policies are enforced
  • May need to ensure proper governance is placed when processing change orders, invoices, job postings, and work orders
  • Responsible for effectively working with partner organizations, such as GDCE, HR and Finance, to order to drive program progression and serve as a SPOC for CIO teams
  • May need to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy; present findings to senior management
