Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business support and/or risk management in a complex organization supporting senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical, risk management and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to develop executive ready communications and presentations that synthesize data and tell the story.
  • Ability to think strategically across the organization to identify opportunities to improve overall performance efficiency.
  • Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently.
  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills and executive presence.
  • Advanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Time management skills with ability to manage and prioritize competing priorities.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive plans around key organizational priorities and ensure all accountable parties understand respective roles/responsibilities and are held accountable.
  • Ability to handle sensitive business information.

  • Experience handling multiple facets of an end-to-end business: financial management, project management, governance, operations and technology management, and executive routine coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or for a complete line of business that may be regional or national in scope.
  • Functions managed may include financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects.
  • Consults with senior management in evaluating current methods and developing strategies to implement changes and improvements.
  • Responsible for managing day-to-day Global AML Onboarding Ops operational business support including key routine planning, business reviews, and executive ad-hoc requests.
  • Support annual GAOO performance activities inclusive of priority and goal development and support of executive mid-year and end of year assessments.
  • Lead the Global Records Management (GRM) program across GAOO teams inclusive of coordination of periodic adherence activities and records-related procedure development/end user training.
  • Manage and oversee Business Continuity, Resiliency and Events Response activities globally.
  • Coordinate business continuity annual/periodic activities across GAOO.
  • Coordinate Global Operations requests inclusive of contributions to offsites/market visits, town halls support, travel and side by side tracking, and COO Integration Forum deliverables.
  • Coordinate execution of HR deliverables including Job Code Architecture, Workplace Excellence, Mandatory Time Away, and Enterprise Management Development Series reporting.
