We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Support Manager to oversee the administration of program governance and support key business functions for our Branch Transformation Program. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to optimizing business processes while maintaining compliance with policies and industry regulations.

  • Oversee end-to-end program governance and associated documentation, ensuring rules, policies and structures guiding the program are properly implemented and followed.
  • Coordinate and manage initiatives that support the retail network transformation strategy.
  • Act as the point of contact, facilitating communication to keep stakeholders informed and engaged in decision-making.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner, liaising with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and organize meetings, draft agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure action items are addressed.
  • Plan, coordinate, and host executive sessions and problem-solving sessions.
  • Obtain regular updates and prepare workstream status reports for key projects and initiatives.
  • Present information clearly and concisely, anticipating needs and addressing questions or concerns.
  • Prepare, review, and compose executive presentations, including those with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Monitor performance, tracking progress, risks and outcomes to ensure objectives are met.
  • Analyze data and produce insights to optimize performance, identify problems, and propose solutions.
  • Manage and maintain internal governance SharePoint site as a record retention depository.
  • Develop and coordinate distribution of timely, relevant communications for branch transformation projects.
  • Strong ability to collaborate, influence, and build partnerships across business lines.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to tailor messaging based on the audience.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Business support/project management experience.
  • Understanding of Retail banking.
  • Proficiency in MS365 suite, including SharePoint, PowerApps (preferred), and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills.
